Delivery charges and time
- Standard delivery: Free across Pakistan.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch. Remote locations, public holidays, severe weather, security conditions, or courier delays may take longer.
- Order processing: Orders are normally confirmed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
- Please provide your complete address, a nearby landmark where useful, and an active phone number so the courier can contact you.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for eligible orders and locations where displayed at checkout.
Damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect parcel
Before opening the sealed package, record one clear and continuous parcel-opening video showing the shipping label, sealed parcel, and complete opening process. This helps us verify damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect-item claims.
Please contact Khumar Herbal within 7 days with your order number, parcel-opening video, and clear photographs so the claim can be reviewed.
