RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to shop with confidence at Khumar Herbal. Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, with its original seal intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order details are required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or seal-broken hair oil cannot be returned unless the product was delivered damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED, LEAKING, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your parcel immediately after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible and within 7 days if your order is damaged, leaking, incomplete, or incorrect.
To verify such claims, please provide clear photographs and a continuous parcel-opening video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, and product condition. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
RETURN PROCESS
Contact Khumar Herbal through the Contact page on our website before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Approved return instructions and the return address will be provided to you.
RETURN SHIPPING
If the item is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect due to our error, Khumar Herbal will cover the approved return or replacement cost. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the approved return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be processed through an agreed bank account or mobile wallet. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after approval.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly. Once an order has been dispatched, it will be handled according to this Return and Refund Policy.
PRODUCT RESULTS
Hair-care experiences and results vary between individuals. A product cannot be returned solely because the expected cosmetic result was not achieved after opening or using it.
This policy does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable law.
